Our wholesale opportunities are currently only available to U.S. companies. By purchasing our products wholesale, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- We require an order minimum of $400.
- Any changes or cancellations must be emailed to us within 48 hours of the order being placed.
- Wholesale customers receive ~40% off retail prices. Our pricing is subject to change.
- Shipping costs will vary based on order size and shipping method.
- You may place your order directly through our online store.
- We accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal.
- Product testing has been proven to increase skin care sales by 500%. A customer’s sense of smell and touch triggers a response that leads them to purchase a product.
- We recommend ordering one extra unit to allow for customer sampling.
Turn Around Time
- Please allow at least 2 weeks for us to fulfill your order as we are a small (but mighty) team and handcraft our products in small batches.
- Fulfillment will begin once we confirm the order and receive your payment.
- Local retailers may opt for local pickup from our central FL location.
- Orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground. Insurance is included in case of damaged or lost packages.
- Our products may only be sold on your approved eCommerce site or in your own brick-and-mortar shop.
- Our products may not be sold on third-party sites (including, but not limited to, Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
- We offer a bottle buy-back program that you may choose to promote to your customers.
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please send us an email within 5 days of delivery if you have received damaged or defective products so that we can ship out replacements ASAP.
- No discount codes may be used towards wholesale orders.
